Specialist Diploma in Distribution Business Management

Overview

DBM is uniting the world's educational institutions in the study of global logistics and supply chain strategies by awarding SPECIALIST DIPLOMA in DISTRIBUTION BUSINESS MANAGEMENT (SDBM). This SPECIALIST DIPLOMA has been developed in cooperation with many of the world's leading universities. Through this program, diploma candidates gain international recognition as world class leaders in supply chain. This diploma has been specifically designed for seasoned industry professionals with industry related job experience in supply chain, logistics and distribution.

The first step in attaining the diploma involves attending three SCLA Annual Executive Forums. During this period, candidates are exposed to the best minds in supply chain education and discover creative answers to their company’s issues through educational seminars. In addition, they have the opportunity to see solutions to real world problems in the Supply Chain Interactive Lab, a world renowned hands-on learning facility. Upon completing three conferences, each candidate writes a descriptive paper detailing how the knowledge gained from the program was applied to improving operations at their company. This paper is supervised by one of DBM’s educational board members.
